About Me

I work with clients navigating relationship challenges, high-functioning anxiety, life transitions, and long-standing patterns that keep repeating despite best efforts to change. My personal background working within the legal and medical profession inform my understanding of the pressures brought on by high-stress jobs and the impacts they have on sense of self and personal relationships.Therapy with me is collaborative, thoughtful, and focused on understanding, perspective, and forward movement. My goal isn’t to “fix” you, but to help you understand yourself and your relationships more fully, so you can make choices that feel intentional and aligned with the life you want.

In our work together, I offer a supportive and nonjudgmental space while also being straightforward and engaged. My style is warm, direct, and honest. I believe therapy works best when we can be real with each other, without sugarcoating or getting lost in clinical language. My intention is to help clients slow things down, notice patterns, and build greater understanding of what’s driving their distress, so we’re not just managing symptoms, but rather addressing the root of the issue.

I obtained my Bachelors from the University of Washington and Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle University.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate in Washington State.
